The MSc "Stress Science and Health Promotion" provides a rich understanding of the stress system and stress related concepts as well as practical skills and real-life experience of designing and delivering health promotion programmes. Students will become competent in their field, effectively working both with individuals and groups to ameliorate distress effects, prevent stress related problems, and diseases, and to enhance their health and overall sense of well-being, through health promotion.

Phsyconeuroendocrinology of stress – 8 ECTS
Basic principles of stress science- 8 ECTS

Scientific writing - 6 ECTS

Stress and lifestyle- stress and nosology - 7ECTS

3rd and 4th Semester
During the second year, MSc students undertake a 1-year internship (2 semesters) and develop a dissertation thesis project, under the supervision of a a three-member Examination Committee. The Committee will be responsible for monitoring students’ progress during their MSc Dissertation Thesis.
